How it works

Three steps. No app, no install, no dead-end form.

A branded object starts the interaction. The customer taps their phone or scans the QR. You get a clean, opted-in customer record and a reward your staff can mark claimed in seconds.

01
Hand it out

Hand out a chip.

A poker chip at the register. A member card with the check. A wristband at the door. A metal card for your best customers. Every format carries your brand and an offer.

02
They tap or scan

They tap. Or they scan.

iPhone reads the NFC tag. Android scans the printed QR. No app. No form to dig out. The rewards page opens fast — name, phone, email, and consent in ten seconds.

03
Into your list

Capture. Reward. Bring them back.

Reward code on screen. Visit logged. They land in your customer list with one tap. Queue SMS and email follow-ups from a dashboard you own.

Upgrade loop

Start simple. Make the object heavier as the relationship grows.

Use the same reward page and dashboard across tiers. Hand a plastic card to new customers, a poker chip to repeat guests, and a metal VIP card to the people your team already knows by name.

Use cases

The product is the same. The moment changes by venue.

Vertical-specific pages carry the local economics. The homepage stays focused on the physical loyalty object and the owned customer list behind it.

Every visit becomes a reason to come back.

Pick a vertical to see how the same NFC + QR object changes the customer moment.

Physical handoff

Hand the customer a branded object at the moment they already care about.

Owned customer record

FAQ

Plain answers before you buy.

What do I pay monthly?

Loyalty Base is $99/month with a 14-day trial started through Stripe Checkout. The Google Review Stand is $50 one-time and does not require a subscription. Done-for-you campaigns are an optional +$50/month add-on for Loyalty Base accounts.

What does the hardware cost?

Plastic member cards are $0.20 each (MOQ 200). Poker chips are $0.49 each (MOQ 100). Festival wristbands are $0.50 each (MOQ 200). Brushed-metal VIP cards are $30 each (MOQ 1). NFC stickers are quoted by batch. First batches ship in 5 days from approved artwork.

Do customers need an app?

No. Customers tap the NFC tag with their phone, or scan the printed QR. The reward page opens in the browser. Apple / Google Wallet passes are optional after enrolment.

Can staff mark a reward as claimed?

Yes. Loyalty Base tracks issued and claimed reward states so staff see at a glance whether an offer has been redeemed. A staff member can mark it claimed from the dashboard in two clicks.

Does this work with Google reviews?

Yes. The review stand opens your public Google review URL. Full Google Business Profile monitoring and owner-approved reply workflows are on the roadmap after the simple review product.

Does this work with Toast or Square?

Loyalty Base captures customers and rewards independently of your POS, so it runs alongside Toast, Square, Clover, Lightspeed — anything that prints a check. Deeper POS integrations are pilot roadmap items, not day-one promises.

How long does the first batch take to ship?

Five business days from approved artwork in most cases. We handle design, NFC encoding, and shipping. You receive trackable production updates and ship-date confirmations from ops.

What happens after 200 new customers / month?

Higher volume rolls into a simple data tier or a custom plan after 200 new records / month. We keep public pricing simple and handle the rest in a 10-minute call.
